Celebrities Keep Making This Jeans-and-Boots "Mistake"

Once upon a time (not that long ago, in fact), it was considered a faux pas to wear boots that made your jeans bunch up around the ankles. This meant finding jeans that were short enough to avoid the issue, or boots that were slim enough to fit under the jeans or wide enough to wear over your boots. Recently, however, we've noticed that celebs have been ignoring that fashion "rule" and wearing whatever jeans they want with whatever boots they want—and we'll admit that we're very into it.

Take, for example, Hailey Bieber, née Baldwin. She just stepped out in Los Angeles wearing long skinny jeans with even skinnier Yeezy ankle boots that forced the jeans to bunch up, yet we'd be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn't think she looks ridiculously cool. The key is to keep the rest of your outfit polished, as Bieber did with her blazer and tucked-in tee. Keep scrolling to see how it's done and shop jeans and boots that were made for bunching.
