In case there was any doubt, Jennifer Lopez just cemented herself as an expert on the high-low mix. Attending a New York City event for Hustlers—which you should definitely go stream online ASAP—J.Lo wore an intricately embroidered Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello dress along with a belt and boots from the brand. Along with the covetable designer pieces, she also threw in an affordable steal: BaubleBar's Michael Drop Earrings, which are currently marked down from $44 to $33.

And just to keep us on our toes, she also mixed in a mid-price item: a Coach Tabby 26 Shoulder Bag ($350). In case you missed it, Lopez was recently named the new face of Coach, so expect to see her in plenty more pieces by the cult American brand. If you're hoping to re-create her outfit, you don't need a top-tier designer wardrobe. Simply follow her lead and mix the right proportions: a midi-length dress with knee-high suede boots. She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
