Who says you have to be a student to love back-to-school shopping? To be honest, it's one of our favorite seasons. And Katie Holmes is in part to blame. The Dawson's Creek star of our youth and forever fashion plate was spotted last week in NYC wearing skinny jeans with ballet flats and a Strathberry bag.
