Jenner stepped out for dinner in New York the other night wearing the 2019 version of a leather jacket: a leather shacket. Jacket-shirt hybrids, shackets aren't exactly new, per se, but as spring approaches, we can't help but notice that leather and vegan-leather versions of the oversize style are becoming a thing.
