Lily Aldridge on What Puts Her in a Good Mood (Spoiler: It's Anything Disney)

Model, entrepreneur, and mom of two Lily Aldridge keeps a busy schedule. The Santa Monica, California, native now calls Nashville, Tennessee, home, but from her Instagram, she's often seen jet-setting around (COVID permitting) for work. So when we got the chance to share our Doing Well questionnaire with her, we were excited to see if we could take any inspiration from her wellness routine and how she winds down and practices self-care.
Well, we weren't disappointed (and you won't be either). The Genexa partner shared a glimpse into her life below, plus her passion for the clean medicine movement, which is all about looking for medications made with effective active ingredients and no artificial fillers.
The first thing I do when I wake up is… Set an intention for the day, and if I can, I try to journal (The Artist's Way).
My favorite workout is… Pilates
Something that always puts me in a good mood… Anything Disney-related!
My favorite feel-good Instagram accounts to follow… @upworthy has a lot of positive, touching posts that always make me feel great!
My must-have beauty/self-care products are… Lately, I've been using Tata Harper masks.
My favorite self-care ritual is… A bath with Epsom salts.
The one thing I do to wind down is… Meditating with a guided meditation is one of my favorites. I prefer ones that focus on gratitude!
My ideal chill at-home 'fit is… Adidas tracksuit.
My favorite thing about myself is… Being a mom. Love being there for my children!
An affirmation/motto I live by… Treat people the way you'd like to be treated.
The one wellness goal I want to accomplish this year… I'd love to get the word out to as many people as possible that clean medicine is possible for everyone. I'm so proud to introduce Genexa to my friends who appreciate the importance of clean medicine.
