Meghan Markle Just Took the Victoria Beckham Route for Her Wedding Guest Outfit

Being as low-key as can be, Meghan Markle attended Princess Eugenie's wedding today wearing an incredibly subtle look. Revisiting the place where only a few months ago she wowed on a global stage with her supremely elegant wedding gown from Claire Waight Keller of Givenchy, it is no real surprise that the Duchess of Sussex would continue her reign as minimalist extraordinaire with something so simple today. This look was indeed another creation from the same fashion house and British designer—a brand that is fast becoming the new royal family member's number one go-to.

Perhaps taking a cue from her friend and designer Victoria Beckham's two royal wedding guest ensembles—navy, and all navy—Meghan chose a relatively plain dark blue coat and matching dress as her look for today's ceremony in Windsor Castle. With matching pumps and an angular feather fascinator, Meghan's look was highly appropriate and classic: As the snappy dresser and natural beauty we know her to be, it could be easy for Meghan to steal the limelight in any situation, so props to her on being such an understated guest.

"What do you wear to a royal wedding? So I knew I wanted something that was appropriate, something that was feminine, something that I felt comfortable in, but I also wanted it to have a little bit of edge," Victoria Beckham said of her look back in May. Clearly, we were all paying attention, Markle included.
