The Unlikely Embellishment We Became Obsessed With at NYFW |Best Knockoff Luxury Clothing

This season, it’s been so cold out there on the streets at New York Fashion Week, that it’s been hard to spot many detailed trends on the street, as everyone’s bundled up in coats and boots (we would be too, if we were walking through snow and minus eight degree temps). When we spotted Ramya Giangola, founder of Gogoluxe, in an Ellery coat with ceramic buttons, she stood out. Her outfit was superbly layered (can we take a moment to appreciate the bustier over sweater situation) but it’s the button detail we love most and will be taking into autumn. Statement buttons feel fresh, unexpected, and are an updated version of an old-school trend (remember brooches?).
