Despite having been born in L.A. and spending the first 25 years of my life there (compared to only the last five in NYC), it didn't take me long to acclimate to style and dressing in a new city. I recently spent two weeks back home experiencing temperatures I wasn't quite prepared for in May and spending a lot of time observing those around me, and after that, I think my summer shopping list is ready a little earlier than expected this year.
