Every L.A. Girl Will Be Wearing This Outfit Post Labor Day

Being one herself, Kendall Jenner recently wore the outfit that all of her fellow Los Angeles girls will also be wearing to transition from summer to fall in the very near future. Just because Labor Day will soon be here, however, doesn’t mean that Southern California style setters will have to immediately give up their beloved denim cutoffs. As proven by Jenner, all you’ll need are a few tweaks to what you typically wear with denim shorts, and you have the perfect September outfit.

The current Vogue cover girl took one of her favorite simple looks, her favorite Re/Done | Levi’s denim shorts and a white T-shirt, and added a fall-friendly army jacket and the It ankle boots of the upcoming season: velvet. The good news is that Jenner’s outfit combination is polished and cool enough to wear out at night, just as she did. As September carries on and the weather starts to cool down, simply swap the shorts out for a pair of high-waisted cropped jeans.
