This Is How to Dress More Scandinavian

Whether we're spotlighting a Swedish designer, a Norwegian It girl, or a cult Danish brand, we never try to hide our love for all things Scandinavian. It should come as no surprise, then, that we'd be eager to learn how to dress like our favorite Scandi style stars. So we caught up with one of them—Sophia Roe—at Fashion Week Stockholm to get the scoop on how to nail the look.

When we asked about the number one outfit we can wear to look more Scandinavian, Roe had a quick response: "A loose-fit white poplin shirt, your favorite jeans, classic pumps or sneakers, and a beautiful camel coat. Keep your essential items classic and pair them with playful accessories to spice it up depending on the season and mood."

We also asked Roe about her opinion on how Scandinavian fashion has evolved recently. "The style has become more daring regarding colors and use of patterns," she toldBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing . "The use of colors is especially visible on the streets where people dress way more playful than before." Read on to see how Filippa K interpreted the signature Scandinavian look and shop pieces from cool Swedish brands.

Associate Director, Fashion News

Erin got her start as aBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing intern over 13 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
