If you're into wellness and/or are on Instagram, you likely would instantly recognize the modern pastel palette of superfood brand Golde. However, Golde's genius millennial branding is not the only thing that put the brand on the map. The superfoods and skincare-boosting products are made with contemporary ingredients that think beyond the traditional healing box—thanks to brand founder Trinity Mouzon Wofford.

In 2017—at just 23 years old—Wofford launched her first product, the Original Turmeric Latte Blend, from her one-bedroom Brooklyn apartment. The Original Tumeric Latte is now one of the brand's best sellers alongside a range of beauty products enriched with supercharged ingredients like papaya and spirulina as well as drinkable aids to de-bloat and de-stress and keep your skin hydrated. Since its launch, Golde has quickly garnered a cult-like following through its own platforms and channels and has partnered with major retailers, including Urban Outfitters, Goop, and Target.

Wofford was first introduced to the power of wellness and alternative healing methods when holistic remedies helped her mother control symptoms of an autoimmune disease. After this revelation, Wofford became a true wellness guru determined to make a real difference in what we put into our bodies and, more importantly, make it accessible to everyone. In fact, Wofford was actually on the path to becoming a doctor when she realized that the treatments she was slated to pursue would only be available to a wealthy clientele. So after making her final decision to leave medicine behind and taking positions at a few startups, Wofford pursued her passion and founded Golde.

Listen to Wholesale Replica Bag episode of Second Life to hear how Wofford built a trusted brand committed to changing the wellness industry at such a young age and to hear about all of the lessons she has learned along the way.
