We've reached the time of year in which it's still cold out there but many of us have mentally moved on to spring. For me, that means my shopping carts are full of dresses, sandals, and pretty spring colors. Retailers across the internet are making it easy to transition our wardrobes to spring, as the winter inventory has been cleared out and newness is being added on a daily basis—especially at Zara, Shopbop, and Reformation, the three retailers I'm focusing on for this month's edition of 42 Things.
