Sienna Miller Swerved the Naked Dress Trend in Favour of Another Risqué Style

Over the past few months, we’ve been blessed with more sightings of Sienna Miller than we’ve had in a long time. Whether she was nipping to the shops for daily errands or attending star-studded events, we’ve gotten a glimpse of the trendsetter's wardrobe from all angles. This week, we got an early Christmas gift just in time for party season when Miller stepped out in a barely there high-glam outfit by Nensi Dojaka that had theBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing Slack channel in a frenzy.

I'll be honest. I didn't think I'd see the return of 2002-esque footless tights, well, ever. But if there's one thing we can rely on in fashion, it's that everything is cyclical, and though I may have shiver-inducing memories of bright-pink footless tights paired with a DIY studded miniskirt from my childhood, others might be excited for the return of this hosiery. And if anyone could convince me to entertain the idea of a footless-tights revival, it's Sienna Miller.

The intrigue of Miller’s style comes from its unpredictability. You can really never guess what she’ll wear next. Some days she embraces bohemian classics, whilst on other days she edges towards classic minimalism, and just as you think you’ve figured her out, she takes on new modern trends. This year, cut-outs and barely there styles have infiltrated all parts of fashion from the everyday to beachwear to evening styles. Just after sporting a cutesy babydoll silhouette last week, Miller did a 180 and ramped up the drama with the on-trend cut-out mini and those footless tights, providing plenty of inspiration for upcoming festivities.

Now, we don’t like to sing our own praises, but we called it. Just over a year ago (almost to the day), we said that Nensi Dojaka was going to be the buzziest brand of 2022, and we’ve officially received the confirmation. It might feel like a big claim, but when a style icon like Sienna Miller takes the brand out for a spin, it’s officially a winner. All in all, Miller's cut-out minidress has inspired our party dressing, and if you're bold enough to take on footless tights, I've added a few options to my edit just for you.
