But alas, being a material girl isn't always logical. And with so many significant spring trends on the horizon, it can be hard to nail down what's worth buying and what's a hard pass. In such moments of dilemma, the best thing to do before swiping my card is to compare notes with others. Which spring trend do you think you'll skip for the season?

I think I'll be skipping the Sporty Spice trend this spring. Athleisure is just one trend I can't get behind. It just doesn't fit with my style, so I know that if I were to buy into the trend I'd be getting rid of pieces by the following season, which is the opposite of what I'm trying to do in 2022. From now on, I'm only buying a "trend" piece if it would fit into my general personal style. Plus, I'm more of a dress-up than dress-down kind of person.

Which spring trend are you most interested in for the season?

Maxi hemlines are a trend I'll 100% jump on board with because they're so versatile! During the lighter spring months, I can layer knee-high boots and leggings underneath to stay secretly warm, and in the warmer months, I can pair them with a crop top. Plus, they're beyond chic!

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

I love a two-piece because it halves the time it takes to get ready and decide what to wear, so this Baserange item is perfect! I love that it'd work just as well for a quick run to the shops as it would date night, depending on how you style it, and that it'll be just as good for the warmer months' evenings too.

I remember seeing these back in December, and I haven't been able to get my mind off of them since. I love a good kitten heel during spring, and this nude colorway is the perfect option to chuck on with jeans and skirts for a date night as the sun starts to set a bit later. Major bonus—the matching mini Jackie bag!

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

Spring isn't always the warmest in the UK, but a good pair of leather trousers can keep me warm and still polished. Once spring does roll around, I'll swap out my black leather trousers for a brown or colored pair during spring.

I will not be buying anything low-rise—absolutely not. I just can't do it!

Which spring trend are you most interested in for the season?

Definitely the "remember when" trend! I'm a millennial, so I am so excited that the fashion from the icons of my teen years is making a comeback. I wasn't old enough to fully embrace the trends back then, so I can't wait.

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

I need a statement corset in my life ASAP! I love the structure of this one and the stunning print.

Which spring trend do you think you'll skip for the season?

I'm skipping the saffron trend. It used to be one of my favorite colors to wear, but I'm currently into calm and neutral colors.

Which spring trends are you most interested in for the season?

One of my favorites is the car-wash-fringe trend—I love how it creates a bold statement and gives an outfit more interest. I'm also interested in the draping trend that dominated the runways because it's super stylish and offers an elevated look. And finally, extreme layering because layering is a modest girl's best friend.

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

I love a good one-piece that doesn't compromise on style and comfort.

Nanushka does it again with this tweed relaxed blazer. It's such a classic and simple piece that you can wear for years to come.

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

A good trench coat has never disappointed me. It's my most worn piece during spring, and to be fair, I wear it all the time except in the summer.

Which spring trend do you think you'll skip for the season?

This season, I will be skipping the miniskirts and low-rise. I love how it looks on other people, but at the time being, I don't see myself gravitating toward this trend anytime soon.

Which spring trend are you most interested in for the season?

I love cargo pants! I bought myself a pair of khaki cargo pants and am obsessed. I feel like they are making your outfit look a lot cooler, and I have a feeling that cargo pants will be big this season.

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

I love platform sandals for spring and summer, as they are so easy to put on and can elevate every outfit to look more interesting.

The second item I have been eyeing for spring is the Frankie Shop Maude oversize T-shirt with shoulder pads. It is such a staple piece. I love T-shirts with shoulder pads; I think they make your outfit more fashionable and interesting.

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

A blazer is definitely the key piece that I swear by every spring.

Which spring trend do you think you'll skip for the season?

I think I'll have to pass on the saffron-red trend. As beautiful a color it is, it's too vibrant for my style. I tend to stick to my neutral tones and pastels, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Which spring trends are you most interested in for the season?

I'm looking forward to the barely-there and maxi-hemline trends. I know these two trends are literally opposites, but I honestly am so excited for both. I will welcome all the low-rise jeans, cutouts, micro miniskirts, and ultra-cropped tops with open arms. Yet I'm also absolutely living for a maxi-skirt moment. Catch me rocking both of these trends this spring.

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

When I say I'm living for a maxi-skirt moment, this is the exact moment I'm referring to—adding to this to my cart.

How cute is this crochet bag? I can already see all of my vacation looks featuring this micro bag.

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

Every fashionista needs a trench coat for the spring. It's the perfect transitional outerwear piece, and it goes with everything. If you don't already own a trench coat, you need to add that to your spring fashion list—like now.

Which spring trend do you think you'll skip for the season?

The trend I think I'll skip is probably the nostalgia and "remember when" trends. It's not a trend that appeals to my style as much, and the return of low-rise pants gives me way too much anxiety.

Which spring trends are you most interested in for the season?

There are so many trends I'd be interested in trying and so many that appeal to me from a content-creation side, like the romance we can capture from the "drowning in drapes" trend. But from a practical fashion standpoint, I'm most excited by color-blocking and the rise of bold colors like saffron. After two years of being stuck inside on and off, I think we are so ready to burst out in color

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

Ever since 11Honoré showed its latest collection at NYFW, I've had my eye on their spring collection, and this blazer is at the top of my spring wish list. They even have the matching miniskirt, and I'm here for it.

I'm seriously obsessed with green for the warmer seasons coming. After this long Canadian winter, I'm excited to show some skin in a cute mini dress like this. I could see this dress styled with an oversize blazer and some knee-high boots for spring!

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

The perfect trench coat. The trench coat is a timeless classic that can be dressed up, dressed down. I feel like a trench coat goes with everything. So I bring it back into my spring wardrobe every season.

Which spring trends do you think you'll skip for the season?

I'll skip the extreme layering and also the micro miniskirts. I think they do look good on some people, but it's not for me.

Which spring trends are you most interested in for the season?

I'm very interested in saffron, draped dresses, cutouts, and the trends of the mid-1990s!

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

Which spring trend do you think you'll skip for the season?

A trend I'll skip this year is saffron. My wardrobe lacks color but thrives on textures and layering. If I'm ever daring enough to incorporate saffron or any shade of red, it'll be on a bold lip.

Which spring trend are you most interested in for the season?

This year, there are so many amazing trends, but "the great shrinkage" takes the cake. Miu Miu really killed this trend this season, bringing back ultra-miniskirts and midriff-baring shirts. The mini tops/bottom looks give for a cool pairing with oversize blazers or full skirts to style and play with the look to give sex appeal.

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

I'm shopping for cutouts. Aya Muse's recent collection was full of amazing cutout details that put a spin on minimal staples. It's is a must-have this season.

An oversize leather jacket is at the top of my shopping list for spring. Is it just me, or is this vintage-inspired jacket from Aritizia giving off a Hailey Bieber/ Bella Hadid vibe?

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

A classic light-wash pair of denim. Every spring, I get my hands on a new pair following what's trending for the season. It's one piece I don't hesitate to splurge on because I know I'll get wear out of them.

Which spring trends do you think you'll skip for the season?

The "great shrinkage" trend is not up my alley, mostly because I need things to fit and stay in their place, so I'll have to miss out on that one. Nor am I a fringe girl, so I can admire it from afar but sadly will not be doing a trial run.

Which spring trends are you most interested in for the season?

I'm trying to get into color as a lover of neutral hues. I wear black, nude, gray, cream all the time. But recently, I have been dabbling with blue and green, so I'm excited to get on the saffron trend and experiment a bit with that. Also, I'm more a casual dresser, so the sportswear trend is right up my alley.

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

I recently discovered Svnr, and I'm obsessed. They have such fantastic silk dresses—light, airy, hand-dyed. They're giving "South of France chateau" vibes, and that's what I want and need for my spring wardrobe.

I've had my eye on the Jacquemus sash dress for a while now. I'm in the process of slowly building my capsule wardrobe, and this dress is essential. Also, considering that draping is in for spring, it's a must-shop.

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

I tend to wear the same things all year round, but once spring hits, I experiment with pattern and color. However, I always have an all-white shirt in my wardrobe throughout all seasons, especially in spring.

Which spring trend do you think you'll skip for the season?

I think I'll skip the saffron trend, as red just is not my color!

Which spring trend are you most interested in for the season?

I am definitely most interested in the "academic underachiever" trend, as I love the whole schoolgirl vibe. I dream of that Miu Miu look that I see online more than I see my own family!

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

I've been eyeing these JW Anderson strawberry jeans for spring. I have the jacket, and I'm wearing it on repeat—these jeans would just finish the look!

I'm really into the crochet trend again this year, and this piece just combines my love for color and crochet! It's the perfect accessory for spring.

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

The one piece that I swear by to survive spring every year is my dad sandals. They are just so versatile and complete every look with a fun sock.

Which spring trend do you think you'll skip for the season?

I will probably skip the over-layering trend. It's something I'm still trying to learn how to "look good" in.

Which spring trends are you most interested in for the season?

This is such a tough question because I'm into so many trends, but if I had to choose, I'm most interested in the cutout dresses, platform heels, Y2K, and bold, brave colors (especially pink).

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

This dress is perfect for a night out! It'll give you the "main character" vibes and grab everyone's attention! I think the dress will shape my body perfectly, sucking in all the right places while accentuating the curves.

Pink again! It's not the classic Jacquemus Le Chiquito bag, but I love it because I can wear it on my shoulder, it's bigger (aka more practical), and the strap also has a little pocket for your card.

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

It has to be a leather jacket! I have it in different colors (black, pink, turquoise, brown) and styles (biker, blazer, cropped, etc.). It has to be the most versatile spring piece.

Which spring trend do you think you'll skip for the season?

Despite miniskirts making a comeback, I might have to skip them as anything too small or short because my hips don't lie.

Which spring trend are you most interested in for the season?

I love all the colors happening right now! I define my style as bold, and love expressing myself through my clothing. Even when color was not in, I still wore color, so I'm very excited about the revival of bold hues.

Can you share what you've been eyeing for spring?

I must confess that I own this dress in black already, but if something works for you, there's no shame in buying it in multiple colorways. Plus, sweaterdresses are never a bad idea, as they stand the test of time.

In addition to buying things that work for me, I'm always looking to invest in basics with a bit of flair. I consider cheetah print timeless, so this bodysuit is on my list. What I love about it the most is that it also happens to have shoulder pads that add structure.

Is there one key piece you swear by to survive spring every year?

Regardless of what's trending, I can't go into spring without a bold blazer.
