One week, Zara edges ahead, next week H&M announces its latest high-profile collab, and so on and so forth, but this week, Topshop is the fast-fashion retailer that took the cake. As I was scrolling through the new arrivals page on the site, I couldn't help but wonder if anyone else was thinking the same thing I was—that this new Topshop product was literally meant for New York girls (or just New Yorkers at heart).
