This is Doing Well, a series where we'll get a peek into the wellness routines of our favorite celebrities, athletes, social media personalities, entrepreneurs, and more. Think of it as a Proust Questionnaire—wellness style. Below, see what they have to say about their favorite workouts, self-care rituals, wellness goals, affirmations or mottos, and more. Maybe you'll find some inspiration for your own routine.

Emmy Award winning TV host, producer, and actress Zuri Hall has quite a busy schedule. She's a host on Access Hollywood, All Access, and American Ninja Warrior. And in addition to those gigs, she also hosts her own podcast on Charlamagne tha God's and iHeartMedia's The Black Effect Podcast Network, Hot Happy Mess. The podcast is for "mindfully ambitious" millennial women, with real tips and advice on topics like self-care, relationships, mental wellness, career, social media, and more. Through this platform, Hall hopes to empower women to avoid "best life burnout" with candid conversations, expert discussions, and real-life stories from everyday women.

So with all she has going on, how does Hall fit wellness into her life? She recently filled out our Doing Well questionnaire to share how she does just that. Check out her wellness routine below.

The first thing I do when I wake up is: Hit the snooze button three times!

My go-to meal before work is: Honestly, not much. I'm a big lunch and dinner person. But most mornings, I'll try to down a High Protein Boost and a breakfast bar and maybe some scrambled eggs if I have the time to whip them up (which is rare).

My favorite workout is: Anything that doesn't feel like "working out." Hiking, dancing, power yoga.

Something that always puts me in a good mood: Listening to "September" by Earth Wind Fire

My favorite feel-good Instagram accounts to follow: @WeTheUrban, @The.Holistic.Psychologist, and @HotHappyMess!

My must-have beauty/self-care products are: L'Oréal Voluminous Mascara, Koh Gen Do Foundation, and Live Tinted's Unity Balm Gloss.

My favorite self-care ritual is: Running a hot bubble bath, pouring a glass of red wine or bubbly, and digging into a good book (currently Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari)

The one thing I do to wind down is: Light some candles, put on some '70s soul music, and whip up a nice dinner. I love to cook—Chef BoyarZee, reporting for duty.

My ideal chill at-home fit is: Some baggy sweatpants and a cozy, slinky T-shirt with fuzzy slippers.

My favorite thing about myself is: My heart. My desire to inspire others to see and reach their full potential. I love seeing people accomplish all that they're capable of (that they also want to do!).

The one wellness goal I want to accomplish this year: It's two (sorry, I'm a rebel): Drink more water and establish a consistent weekly yoga practice.

An affirmation/motto I live by: "Be kind. Work hard. Big risks. Big rewards."
