20 Sports Bras You'll Probably End Up Wearing All Day Long
Some sports bras are super compressive and a tad uncomfortable that you want to rip them off immediately after your workout. But sometimes you need that compression and extra support when you're doing HIIT classes, running, and other high-impact activities. You definitely don't want to minimize any bounce so that you can move as freely and work as hard as you can during a sweat session.
But there are other times when you don't need too much support, and that's when the best low-impact sports bras come in handy. These are perfect for workouts like barre, yoga, Pilates, indoor cycling, and rowing. They're normally a little bit more relaxed in construction and they might be made of fabric that's softer. And because of those things, they're comfortable enough to wear even when you're not working out. I've had a couple of days when I've opted to wear a low-impact longline sports bra or bralette in lieu of my traditional bras because they were just so easy to throw on.
So if you're looking for a low-impact sports bra to wear all day long, take a look at some options below.
