The notion of accomplishing something strange that no one has succeeded at doing before doesn’t resonate as much anymore, at least with this editor. However, in a recent editorial meeting, our team somehow got on the subject of world records in the context of fashion, which aroused a strange curiosity to unearth these peculiar feats.
And unearth we did! We took to the web to research style-related world records broken near and far, and what we found was a bizarre and fascinating treasure trove of examples we suspect you'll find equally interesting. Though our list ran pretty long, we narrowed it down to our favorites below.
