I'm a Shopping Editor, and These Are the Spring 2026 Dresses I Can't Wait to Wear
As I’m writing this, a blizzard has just come through New York City, leaving flights cancelled and people cooped up inside. With weather like this, I’m about to say something that might sound a little crazy: I don't like wearing pants.
I love how they look on other people, but I've personally always been someone who feels most themselves in skirts and dresses. When winter in New York reaches its worst, my hands feel tied. Normally, I cling to thermal tights under long skirts or dresses for as long as possible, but eventually the cold wins, and pants just kind of become unavoidable. Right now, there’s no greater motivation to dream about spring than having to bundle up to go outside and drudge through snow.
While I wait for warmer days soon enough, I started browsing spring dresses from Gimaguas to Rixo, and these are the ones that caught my eye.
Dôen is known for its dresses.
Banana Republic is so good right now.
I'm such a fan of the British brand Fruity Booty.
