I'm Heading to Miami Beach for Swim Week—Here's Everything I'm Packing
I can't wait to go to the beach.
Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Miami. Before I first went in 2022, I honestly was a little scared. I had this idea that it was all parties, clubbing, and loud music. That just wasn't my vibe for a vacation, so I always overlooked it. While that part of the city definitely exists, Miami completely defied my expectations, and I got to see a different side.
The warmest ocean water I've ever felt. Relaxing on the beach while a man playing saxophone serenades me and my boyfriend with "Peaches" by Justin Bieber. Restaurants with meals I still think about. Biking on Millionaire's Row past Michael Bay's house. A drive to the Everglades, where I saw some of the coolest wildlife I'd ever seen. Since then, I've been obsessed.
When the opportunity to attend Paraiso Miami Swim Week and stay at The Ritz Carlton, South Beach got passed along to me, I knew I had to go. With the trip coming up at the end of May, I've already started mentally packing and narrowing down what's going in my carry-on. Here's everything I'm bringing.

I don't recommend hair products lightly, especially when they're on the pricier side, but Rōz is worth it. I've noticed a real difference using the Milk Hair Serum, and I love how it doesn't weigh my hair down. If you're curious, the brand also has a travel-size set.
I recently received the Gimaguas x Havaianas sandals, so I'll be bringing those with me. While they aren't currently being sold to the public, you could do a simple black pair.
Cult-favorite esthetician Sofie Pavitt recommended this Nivea gel sunscreen to me.
