I'm Living in Chic Loungewear—31 Items I'm Shopping for Peak Cozy
Something about the cold weather sends me into casual-style autopilot. The practicality and coziness of clothing become much more important when you're around the house, and layering is essential up when you're not at home. Yet you don't have to compromise style when choosing comfort, especially in the post-pandemic era when luxe loungewear has become a category of its own.
The chic-lounge movement has me trading my worn-out sweatpants for elevated knit pants and replacing my holey T-shirts with cashmere sweaters. These days, I'm living in these snug but refined pieces whether it's for working from home, a Sunday movie marathon, or a holiday hangout (*cue hot chocolate*).
I've pulled together the pieces I can't stop thinking about for top-tier loungewear. Keep scrolling to get shopping!
A flowy romper is unexpected but makes the best one-stop piece for loungwear.
Fleece shackets are a new must-have in my wardrobe.
Pair your shacket with gunmetal-gray fleece pants.
This thermal top can be worn in the set or layered under for warmth in cold weather.
These fuchsia pants make the set or stand alone with a classic tank top.
An opulent work-from-home uniform consists of a lush sweater and knit flared pants.
Throw on this camel dress with slippers, or layer it up to go out of the house.
