Don't Hit "Check Out" During Sephora's Savings Event Without These Hidden Gems
It's here, folks! Sephora's Savings Event is back, and there is a lot of shopping to be done. Before I get ahead of myself, though, let's take a beat. I want to make sure you have the full rundown before you load up your cart. Starting today, if you're a VIB member of Sephora's Beauty Insider program, you'll receive 15% off and free shipping using the code SAVENOW through April 24. If you're an Insider, you'll receive 10% off using the same code. Additionally, Rouge members will receive 20% off through April 24.
I know you often come here for the viral TikTok-user and beauty-editor favorites that will be on sale, but today, I wanted to call out a few lesser-known faves that are equally as good. If you're curious about what hidden gems I'll be stocking up on during this glorious event, keep scrolling!
As we move into spring (and soon summer), I'm all about fresh-smelling fragrances. This little gem from Juliette Has a Gun is a new offering with notes of ylang-ylang, monoi, and coconut. I recently stumbled upon it browsing the aisles of Sephora (as you do) and could not add it to my basket fast enough.
Hair thinning is unfortunately such a common issue these days, but this scalp serum from The Nue Co can absolutely help. Not only does it help address the issue of hair thinning, but it also removes buildup and deeply cleanses the scalp for hair that appears thicker and more voluminous. Probiotics in the formula help with a dry scalp while a patented follicle technology called Redensyl stimulates growth and prevents excess strand loss.
TikTok users love Peter Thomas Roth's caffeine-heavy products (like the Instant Firmx Eye Tightener), but I feel like this acne treatment mask from the brand is equally as great yet talked about far less. Sulfur isn't exactly a pleasant-smelling ingredient, but it does clear breakouts like no other, and this mask contains 10% of it. Kaolin and bentonite clay also help absorb excess oil and unclog pores while aloe vera hydrates.
I'm a huge fan of Macrene Actives, and I was beyond excited to learn that the brand is now available at Sephora. Each product is Sephora clean and highly potent and packs years of Macrene Actives' scientific research into a simple routine that's easy to follow. The eye cream is a favorite that I always keep on hand.
This hair mask delivers rich moisture with Aquaxyl technology—an ingredient that helps fight extreme dehydration. As a bonus, coconut and sodium hyaluronate also help the hair absorb and attract extra moisture.
I wasn't kidding when I said I'm all about fresh, solar fragrances right now. Nest offers some seriously delicious scents, but this coconut-, tropical tiare blossom , and salted musk rich perfume oil is a must for the season. I love how creamy it is, and the oil base somehow helps it to last longer on my skin.
If you have dry or dehydrated skin, this Laneige Cream Skin Mist is an absolute gem. It's infused with white tea leaf water to help support the skin's moisture barrier and soothe any irritation or redness. If you're dealing with some skin barrier damage, it's the perfect product for you.
With its near-perfect five-star rating, I can't believe it took me so long to get my hands on this less-noticed mask from Clarins. It has beautyberry, zerumbet ginger, and horse chestnut to visibly de-puff the skin while white clay tightens pores and lady's mantle (an herb) boosts your skin's radiance.
I try a lot of great vitamin C serums, but I feel like this one doesn't quite get the attention it deserves. I love the unique serum-oil texture of it. It just glides onto the skin and absorbs really quickly. It also has a supergreens complex rich in antioxidants and includes pomegranate stem cells, which help reduce hyperpigmentation.
I've talked at length about how good Amika's Soulfood Hair Mask ($32) is, but this bond-repair offering from the brand also deserves some extra love and attention. It contains Bond-Cure technology, an innovative complex that targets the most abundant bonds in the hair, making it great for damaged or color-treated hair. Vitamin-rich plant butters like mango, shea, and borage oil also provide deep hydration to dry strands.
I talk about my Summer Fridays favorites any chance I get (the Heavenly Sixteen Oil will never leave my routine), but this hydration serum from the brand is really something else. It's so lightweight and deeply hydrating, but it is also completely noncomedogenic, making it a wonderful addition to anyone's routine—including those who have acne-prone skin.
WWW beauty editor Katie Berohn loves these waterproof liners from Kulfi. They provide intense, long-lasting color and even come in some fun shades like deep purple and blue.
Another recommendation from Berohn? This luxe body stone from Kate McLeod. It's a solid body moisturizer that glides onto the skin with ease. It contains skin-nourishing ingredients like cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, and apricot-kernel oil to help smooth the appearance of skin texture and lock in hydration.
It's no secret that the WWW beauty team loves Boy Smells perfumes. I had to take a minute, though, to call out this newer offering from the brand because it immediately captivated me upon first spritz. The added notes of coconut water, fig leaves, and sandalwood make it such a fresh and unique take on a woodier scent.
