Technically, summer pants could be anything you want them to be as long as they're pants worn in the summer. Of course, if you ask me, not all pairs are created equal. In my opinion, the perfect summer pants should look and feel the part—easy, breezy, not to heavy, not too dark, not too tight! Ideally, they're cool and comfortable and, on a rare occasion, are offered with a matching top or at least pair easily with those you already have.
