She just announced the happy news to her million followers on Instagram with a sweet photo of the newborn's hands and a simple caption consisting of three blue hearts to celebrate the baby boy.

In addition to the well-known children of Kate, Meghan, and now Princess Eugenie, the Queen also has four more great-grandchildren from Anne, Princess Royal's, lineage.
