I've Slowed Down My Shopping, But I'm Still Eyeing Up These 31 Cool Basics
To clarify, the title of this story refers to my shopping for fashion items. I say that because while I’ve been buying less clothing and fewer shoes and accessories lately, I’ve been spending more money on groceries and household cleaning products than ever.
Nonetheless, I’d be lying if I didn’t admit to doing a little extracurricular adding-to-cart here and there, even if it's just browsing. Yes, I am, of course, prioritising the rational self-quarantine essentials first, but I can’t help but have a look at stay-at-home fashion items such as cosy slippers, cute loungewear and cool-feeling basics that I can wear both now and later, too. As they say—old habits die hard. To shop all the wearable-but-interesting basics I’m eyeing up right now, just keep scrolling.
I can't be the only one who still loves wearing black in spring and summer.
Of course, I'm eyeing up the matching sweats, too.
I love everything about this, from the print to the cut to the colour.
I've been wanting a single, chunky gold ring, and this just might be the lucky winner.
Tie-dye print clothing has been a major mood-lifter for me lately.
Shop the matching Milan Biker Shorts ($90).
Ripped jeans are in the middle of a comeback, and I'd like to be part of it.
You'll never get sick of these sandals. They'll look good with dresses, jeans, skirts or anything else.
From the colour to the strap detail, everything about this baguette bag is just better.
Since, as you may have heard, baggy jeans are back.
Voluminous dresses are going to be a staple this summer.
Puff sleeves make everything better.
I'm not usually that into brown, but this bag really speaks to me.
Next up, the biggest spring/summer 2020 fashion trends you need to know.

Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here atBest Knockoff Luxury Clothing , and she is currently Editor-at-Large. It was a less expected route, seeing as she was graduating from business school at USC when this all began, but it has turned out to be the best one for her. Fast-forward to 2024, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was an intern starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to classic pieces and neutral basics but will always make an exception for something colorful, printed, or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a good party is dressing up for one. On weekdays, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious for dinner and trying to force her husband to watch Summer House.
