This Vogue France Editor's 3-Piece Outfit Went Viral on TikTok—Shop the Items
I hate to brag, but this millennial writer is going (somewhat) viral on TikTok. Recently, I attended the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2023 show and posted this TikTok showing what the editor of American Vogue versus those of Vogue France wore to the show. No, it wasn't meant to pit the women against each other—I was truly curious whether the glam or casual vibe resonated more with my followers.
While Anna Wintour wore a full-length sequin gown, the French editors wore slouchy trousers, loose-fitting button-down shirts, and flat strappy sandals. Both Emmanuelle Alt (former Vogue France editor in chief) and Georgia Bedel (current stylist at the magazine) were on the exact same page with their coordinating looks.
That TikTok garnered 1.7 million views, 228,000 likes, and over 1600 comments (and counting), and everyone had an opinion on the difference between the American and French fashion editors' approaches. Many commenters were absolutely obsessed with the relatable French outfits, so I decided to re-create their looks below. Scroll down to shop for the three pieces you need.

She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of Associate Director of Fashion News (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Kate and Meghan stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible.
