Whilst leaving her Dover Street store after hosting an art exhibit with Sotheby’s last night, Beckham wore a pair of black skinny trousers teamed with a tailored blazer (so VB), but in an unexpected move, the designer layered her separates over a skin tone coloured bodysuit very reminiscent of Kim Kardashian West circa 2016. Of course, nowadays, KKW prefers to just go actually nude under her pieces.
When worn like Beckham under sleek tailoring, a flesh-coloured bodysuit is an easy way to let stylish co-ords take centre stage without detracting from the vibe by adding a new colour. It’s also a softer alternative to all-black or the stark contrast between black on white.
