Elsa Hosk Just Wore a Maxi Skirt in the Exact Way I Want to Wear a Maxi Skirt

Isn't it great when celebrities wear something that's actually accessible? Especially when it's a celebrity as chic as Elsa Hosk. While walking in Los Angeles this week, Hosk wore the perfect spring outfit comprising of a denim maxi skirt and bomber, paired with a classic pair of sandals that come in at £120.
The sandals in question are by Sam Edelman. They're elevated ankle strap sandals that would absolutely please all of you minimalists out there. Hosk paired the flat tan sandals with a trendy denim maxi skirt, tan bomber jacket, and Louis Vuitton bag (we love a high-low mix), crafting the perfect spring look for when the sun is shining, but it's not quite warm enough for a mini dress. The best bit? You can mix and match any of Hosk's pieces with other wardrobe staples. Think the maxi with a blazer and trainers, the bomber with wide-leg trousers, and the sandals with a slip dress.
Scroll on the shop the pieces that make up Hosk's dreamy spring look, as well as discover some more ways we'd wear the hero buys.

Shop the Look:
1. Cropped Bomber
Zara's bomber jackets have become internet-famous, and for good reason. I'd also wear this white iteration with jeans, wide-leg trousers and over floral midi dresses.
This khaki/brown hue is really versatile. Wear with neutrals or pair with bright shades like apple green or red.
For a more polished take, try a knitted bomber like this beautiful Clea piece, which is sure to be a wardrobe favourite for years to come.
2. Denim Maxi Skirt
I love the slit in Mango's style. Take inspo for Hosk by wearing it with sandals in summer or add knee-high boots while we wait for the sun to appear.
This slightly a-line shape really got my attention, and I love the raw hem too.
3. Sandals
Sam Edelman is Hosk's sandal brand of choice for the above love, so imagine our delight when we saw that the minimalist shoe was available over here!
The Row's t-bar sandals are right at the top of my wish list. The ultimate summer investment, they'll go with everything from skirts and dresses to shorts and linen trousers.
3. Statement Sunglasses
Hosk wore a pair of statement sunnies and now we would like a pair of statement sunnies... This Tom Ford pair are equal parts retro and modern.
I'm a big fan of Chloé sunglasses and the Gayia pair are just stunning.
